What we believe.

Most AI agencies sell the model. We sell the operating system that surrounds it. The model is rented; the operating system is yours. That distinction governs how we scope, how we price, how we measure, and how we exit. Five tenets follow. They are not aspirations. They are the rules every engagement runs on.

“The model is rented. The operating system is yours.”

§1

The win sits in the operating model

Every AI system that lasts is the by-product of a tighter operating model, not a bigger model. Scope to the cost line, measure honestly, remove waste, and the numbers move. The discipline is older than the technology by twenty-seven years.

§2

Senior practitioners on the work

There is no staffing pyramid here. The principals who scope the engagement deliver the engagement. The juniors learn on internal benchwork, not on your account. This is not generosity. It is the only way the thirty-day promise holds.

§3

Compliance is architecture, not paperwork

POPIA is not a checklist appended to a finished system. It is an architectural constraint baked in at the data foundation. Vendor isolation, retention schedules, audit trails, residency rules. We treat them the way structural engineers treat load.

§4

Pay for itself in thirty days

Every system carries the same guarantee. It earns its keep inside the first thirty operating days, or we keep working at no further charge until it does. The terms are written down. The line is hard.

§5

Do not abandon the operate phase

Implementation without operations is theatre. The system goes live, the team congratulates itself, and the value bleeds out over six months. Every Impart engagement has an operate phase priced in. Live tuning, monthly notes, quarterly reviews, until the system is steady or we agree it is done.

Building under the same rules?

If the tenets above match how you want the work run, the next step is a written proposal.
