Eight years of operating practice
Not eight years on a CV; eight years actually shipping things into production and watching them survive contact with users. Generalists welcome; people who have run the operate phase as well as the build phase strongly preferred.

Comfortable owning the cost line
Every Impart engagement is scoped against a specific operating cost. We need practitioners who can take that line, defend it through scoping, and stay accountable to it through to the thirtieth-day review.

Regulated-industry literacy
Most of our work sits inside POPIA, FAIS, FSCA, or PCI scope. You do not need to be a lawyer, but you do need to take regulatory architecture as seriously as application architecture.

Operator voice
We write like operators. Clear sentences, short paragraphs, no jargon walls. If your draft proposals read like a McKinsey deck, this is not the right studio for you.
